Job summary

WSP Land in Manchester and Leeds is seeking an Associate Director to provide regional leadership across land referencing, consents, landowner engagement and project delivery for major infrastructure schemes in the North of England and beyond.

You will lead bids, manage regional resources, collaborate with engineering and planning teams, and act as a senior client advisor, while promoting WSP's health, safety and quality standards across the landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering land referencing and consents for infrastructure.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams across sectors.
• Strong landowner engagement and public stakeholder skills.
