Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning across digital, virtual, face-to-face and blended formats in the UK, Ireland & Africa region. You will drive compliance learning and coordinate regional and global programmes to support business priorities.

Reporting to the Senior Learning & Development Manager, you will influence stakeholders, lead delivery initiatives, and enhance learner experience while utilising LMS

Qualifications

• Adobe Premier Pro and eLearning authoring tools experience.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning platforms.
• Experience supporting compliance or mandatory learning programmes.
• Experience designing, curating, facilitating and evaluating learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of digital learning, learner experience and modern learning approaches.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate and deliver learning solutions across digital, virtual, face-to-face and blended formats.
• Coordinate rollout of regional and global learning programmes.
• Lead compliance and mandatory learning campaigns across the region.
• Improve learner experience via digital content, analytics and reporting.
• Partner with HR, leaders and global teams to ensure engagement.
