Job summary

Teledyne FLIR is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the United Kingdom, Middle East and Nordic regions within ITS. You will manage partner ecosystems, pursue new opportunities and support complex solution sales with cross-functional teams to win strategic projects.

You will travel up to 50% and collaborate with product management, legal, and finance to close deals, while maintaining CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting for regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in B2B sales and complex solution sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage regional sales strategy for FLIR ITS solutions in the UK, Middle East and Nordics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, system integrators, end-customers and public authorities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic projects in assigned territories.
• Support key sales activities with Senior Regional Manager and coordinate tenders.
