Job summary

Arm is seeking a Regional Manager – Heat Pump Installations to oversee installation teams across the South West of England. The role focuses on delivering high-quality air source heat pump installations, leading field teams and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

You will manage multiple projects weekly, provide technical direction, and drive regional performance while balancing site visits with administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Essential leadership and communication abilities for regional teams.
• Proven problem-solving and hands-on management in field operations.
• Proactive, organised and commercially aware with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to deliver high-quality installations on time and within compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee air source heat pump installations and provide technical guidance to teams.
• Support and manage team leaders, plumbers, heating engineers and electricians.
• Coordinate commissioning, QA and sign-off of installations.
• Ensure installations meet safety and compliance requirements.
• Conduct audits to maintain high installation standards.
• Manage multiple projects weekly, ensuring timely delivery to spec.
• Drive regional installation performance, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Balance site visits with home-based administration and operations.

Education

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating

WRAS Water Supply Regulations

G3 Unvented Hot Water

Full UK driving licence
