Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to support four venues across the South. You will lead safety initiatives, perform site visits, and drive a zero-harm culture while collaborating with leadership teams across sport, hospitality, events, and arts sectors.

You will ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and fire safety standards, manage audits, and influence teams to adopt best practices in risk management and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HSEQ across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of HSEQ legislation, standards and best practice.
• Experience leading risk assessments and business continuity planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on health and safety, food safety, fire safety and risk management.
• Lead investigations into accidents and incidents with practical corrective actions.
• Support site-level BCP development and testing.
• Monitor HSEQ performance and ensure timely closure of actions.
