Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Regional Health & Safety Manager to lead health, safety and compliance across distribution centres and transport locations. You will promote a safety-first culture, drive improvements, and ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include strategy development, incident investigations, risk assessments, and reporting to senior leadership. A NEBOSH Gen Cert (or higher) and IOSH membership are preferred, with experience in logistics

Qualifications

• Proven experience in health and safety management within logistics, warehousing or transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice.
• Experience managing multi-site operations.
• Experience conducting investigations, audits and risk assessments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and training capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety strategy across sites.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
• Oversee risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Provide safety guidance to leadership teams.
• Monitor safety metrics and reporting.
