Job summary

Kids Planet Day Nurseries is seeking a People (HR) Advisor to join our field-based team, covering the North region. You will support day-to-day operational people matters, assured of compliance, wellbeing, and business objectives in partnership with the HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for people queries and casework across the employee lifecycle, advising managers on policy and legislation.
• Support investigations and guide line managers through disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Advise on probation reviews and performance management.
• Assist with absence management, both short and long term.
• Champion wellbeing and provide HR support in the designated region.
• Deliver training modules for managers and support HR projects with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with recruitment to ensure staffing ratios and onboarding.
• Maintain HR data and reporting for the region.
• Prepare employment documents and manage correspondence.
