Job summary

Benjamin Moore Prudhoe Ltd. is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor across our manufacturing plant and UK headquarters. You will provide expert HR guidance, support leadership teams, and help strengthen organisational capability while driving business performance.

The role requires collaboration, influence, and proactive problem-solving within a matrix organisation, with travel to regional sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations and HR best practices.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrix organisation.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to leaders and managers to enable business goals.
• Coach managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, attendance and performance issues.
