Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an experienced HUB HR Business Partner to drive regional people strategy for the Service Business Unit.

You will partner with HUB Management Team and Local Service Unit Leaders to deploy talent, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives. The role demands extensive HR leadership experience in a matrix global setting, with a track record of collaboration across country HRBPs and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Significant HR leadership experience at a regional level within a complex, global matrix organization.
Experience in energy sector or OEM with service-focused business and installed base management.

Responsibilities

Set and implement the people strategy for the Hub Service Unit aligned with global and HR strategies.
Act as trusted advisor to business leaders for people-focused guidance.
Collaborate with regional leaders to deliver strategic priorities and enable sustainable growth.
Lead workforce planning using people analytics and insights for decision-making.
Drive organizational design and development to support growth ambitions.
Provide strategic HR consulting and governance aligned with policies and programs.
Develop talent management and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines.
Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption across regions and countries.
Ensure compliance with employment law and HR policies in each country.
Partner with HRBP community and COEs to deliver high-quality HR solutions.
