Job summary
Installio is seeking a Regional Manager to lead installers across the south east of England. You will oversee installation and commissioning of air source heat pumps, guide install teams, perform site visits, quality audits and manage multiple jobs each week.
You will have 3+ years of heat pump installation experience, experience managing teams of plumbers, engineers and electricians, and strong problem-solving and leadership skills to deliver top-quality installs on time.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of heat pump installation experience
- Experience managing teams of plumbers/engineers and electricians
- Knowledge of installing, commissioning, handover and maintenance of air source heat pump systems
Responsibilities
- Oversee installations and provide input and direction
- Collaborate with engineers and electricians to commission and sign off on installs
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
- Manage day-to-day with a mix of on-site and at-home work
- Take responsibility for installs in your area and optimize team output
