Job summary

A leading workplace and facility management company in West Midlands is seeking a Dietitian to ensure all patient catering services meet national healthcare standards. In this role, you will influence menu planning, manage seasonal reviews, and collaborate closely with dietetic teams. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant degree, be an HCPC Registered Dietitian, and have experience in foodservice, ideally within healthcare. Excellent communication skills and a full UK driving license are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in foodservice or catering environments, ideally in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with operational and nutritional challenges of healthcare food services.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure catering services meet nutritional and dietary specifications.
  • Liaise with catering teams on updates and projects.
  • Collaborate with Trust dietitians on dietetic matters.
  • Lead planning and review of menus with Dietetics team.
  • Manage seasonal menu reviews and supplier communications.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare food standards.
  • Oversee updates to the Saffron system.

Skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills
Understanding of diverse cultural food preferences

Education

Degree in Dietetics or relevant degree with postgraduate Diploma
