Job summary

MCC Foundation is seeking a Regional Head Coach for the 16-18 programme in London. You will plan and lead training, oversee the coaching team, and manage representative fixtures to prepare players for adult cricket and pathways beyond 18.

You will work with Regional Programme Manager(s) to drive player development, utilise Cricket+ curriculum, and support talent progression, equality and safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum ECB Level 3/Advanced Coach qualification is required.
• Current ECB DBS and Safeguarding for Coaches training is required.
• In-person First Aid training is required.
• Experience in performance cricket environments, incl. County Age Group, is preferred.
• Ability to lead coaching teams and communicate with players, coaches and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of a high-quality 16-18 year old training programme.
• Lead the coaching team for the programme, creating a professional high-performance environment.
• Plan and lead representative fixtures and matchplay, developing game strategies.
