Job summary

Premier is seeking a Regional Fundraiser in Bedford to grow income across diverse streams, acting as a local ambassador for the charity. You will build strong relationships with supporters, businesses, and community groups, driving engagement and sustainable income.

The role requires driving flexibility, evening/weekend availability, and local travel. You will work with the Regional Fundraising Team Manager to implement plans and ensure compliant, impactful fundraising in the community.

Qualifications

• Driver with own car is essential.
• Passionate about working in the charity sector.
• Any experience of fundraising would be welcomed.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience using MS Office and CRMs to manage activity.
• Excellent networking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel locally as needed.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience preferred; driving license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver net income targets across multiple fundraising streams.
• Develop and maintain connections with supporters, local businesses, community groups, and volunteers.
• Create and implement local fundraising plans aligned with our strategy.
• Ensure positive supporter experiences and accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with hospice, retail, marketing, and fundraising teams to deliver initiatives.
• Maintain fundraising compliance and data management.
