Job summary

Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland is seeking a Regional Finance Controller to lead the London portfolio's financial performance. You’ll partner with General Managers and operations leaders to drive revenue, profitability and governance across multiple hotels.

The role requires a fully qualified accountant and experience in multi-site hospitality finance, with a track record in financial reporting, budgeting and strategic cost management.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller, Cluster Financial Controller, Regional Finance or Finance Business Partnering role.
• Hospitality, hotels, leisure or multi-site sector experience is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to communicate complex financial information simply and effectively.
• Proficient in ERP systems, reporting tools and hotel PMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior finance partner for your portfolio, influencing operational and commercial decision-making.
• Provide financial insight, analysis and challenge to maximise revenue, profitability and ROI.
• Lead all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the portfolio.
• Deliver timely, accurate and actionable management information and identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with hotel leadership to improve revenue, productivity and profitability and translate data into commercial actions.
• Ensure robust financial controls and governance; support audits and risk management.
