Accountable Recruitment are partnering with a fast growing North Wales business to appoint a Finance Manager. You will report to the Group Financial Controller and lead a small finance team.

You will be responsible for monthly management accounts, commentary, and presenting packs to operational teams, while ensuring balance sheet integrity, budgeting, and statutory reporting across global regions. This is a hands-on role with scope to improve processes.

Formación

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or suitably qualified by experience.
• At least 3 years post-qualification experience in a management accounting or financial reporting role.
• Experience managing, leading and developing a small team.
• Experience with statutory reporting and tax computations.
• Experience in a global business environment is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly management accounts for subsidiaries with variance analysis and commentary.
• Produce and present monthly management packs to operational teams.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with regular reconciliations.
• Budgeting and reforecasting for designated global regions.
• Deliver local statutory accounts and coordinate with overseas advisers.
• Ensure compliance with overseas tax filings and statutory reporting.
• Support cashflow management, approvals and reconciliations.
• Mentor and develop a small finance team and drive process improvements.
