Job summary

GLF Schools is seeking a proactive Regional Finance Manager to deliver expert financial support across our schools. You will join a finance team led by the Finance Partner, producing monthly management reports and budgets, while overseeing academy transactions and liaising with school staff.

The role offers hybrid working with a regional office in Camberley; 30 hours per week, 43 weeks per year. Starting ASAP, with progression in a growing multi-academy trust.

Qualifications

• AAT qualified and beyond or QBE with relevant experience.
• Experience of producing financial accounts using financial systems.
• Experience of working within the education or charity sector.
• Experience of working within a Finance Department.
• Experience of producing regular forecasts.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Regional Finance Manager to play a key role in delivering expert financial support across our schools.

Your opportunity

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team.

As a Finance Manager, you will work as part of the finance team, led by the Finance Partner, to deliver an expert service to our schools, including:

• managing the delivery of the monthly management reports
• overseeing transactional processing within the academies
• preparing and monitoring budgets
• liaising with school-based colleagues as required

We can offer hybrid working, or you can choose to be fully based at our regional office at Pine Ridge Infant School in Camberley. Regular visits to schools in the region will be necessary. We are looking for someone to work 30 hours a week, 43 weeks a year (term time plus 4 weeks).

The Details

Salary: Senior Specialist £35,635 FTE

Pro rata salary: £28,167.37

Hours: We are looking for someone to work 30 hours a week, 43 weeks a year (term time plus 4 weeks).

Location: Pine Ridge Infant School, Camberley - hybrid options available

Start date: ASAP
