Ernest Gordon Recruitment is hiring a Field Service Engineer (Mechanical) to cover a Southampton regional patch. Salary £30,000 - £36,000 plus OTE £45k, overtime, door-to-door pay and a comprehensive training programme.

You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance across the patch with full training, mentored by senior engineers. A company vehicle is provided; expect home-based fieldwork, Monday–Friday with 1 in 3 weekends.

Formación

• Service engineer background or similar.
• Background in service engineering or armed forces.
• Full UK driving licence; willing to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Full training through a stay-away course and mentoring.
• Monday to Friday - regional patch coverage.
• Company vehicle, door-to-door pay and overtime rates.
