Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Midlands in the hot water cylinders market. You will sell to national and independent plumbers merchants, developing strong relationships and delivering against budget.

The ideal candidate has field sales experience in plumbing and heating, a proven track record with plumber merchants, and strong territory management. IT literacy is required, and a company car or allowance is provided along with a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience in the plumbing & heating market sector.
• Must have sold to plumber merchants.
• Must be able to manage a territory effectively.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Field sale position selling a range of industry leading manufactured range of hot water cylinders.
• All of your time will be spent selling to national & independent plumbers merchants.
• Stimulating demand with installers, housebuilders, developers and contractors (all back sold through the merchant channel).
• Working in conjunction with the wider regional sales team and sales management team to develop national relationships.
• Well established area being the only one to hit budget last year.
