• Proven sales experience with target attainment.
• Experience in specification and channel sales within construction sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert specification opportunities with developers, contractors and authorities.
• Grow sales across regional merchants and open market channels with targeted campaigns.
• Meet and exceed volume, revenue and pull-through targets while using CRM and planning tools.
• Feed market insights, competitor activity and customer sentiment back to the business.
