Job summary

Verian is seeking a Regional Field Coach to support and develop interviewers across the Doncaster region and wider Yorkshire. This field-based role involves coaching, training delivery, and occasional interviews to maintain high-quality fieldwork.

You will work with Regional Managers to ensure quality and consistency in field delivery, travel across the Doncaster region, and help develop interviewers to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Experience in fieldwork, training, coaching or people development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear feedback.
• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable using digital tools for communication, training and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support interviewers by building relationships and providing coaching to improve quality and performance.
• Deliver training sessions and one-to-one coaching remotely and in the field.
• Carry out interviews where required, including specialist and recovery assignments.
• Provide operational insights and feedback from the field to drive continuous improvement.
• Carry out quality checks and field observations to maintain standards.
• Work with Regional Managers to share insights and support delivery across the region.
