Job summary

Mindroom is seeking a Regional Team Leader to guide the development of three Whole Family Support hubs across Glasgow, Lanarkshire, and the North of Scotland. You will line manage three Family Support Leads and our Money Advisor, oversee service delivery, and drive programme management with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and development of three Whole Family Support hubs across Glasgow, Lanarkshire, and the North of Scotland.
• Line manage three Family Support Leads and the Money Advisor, oversee service delivery and the programme.
• Build local partnerships and oversee monitoring and evaluation across the three areas.
