The Role

As a Regional Evidence Processing Manager, you will oversee multiple Evidence Processing stores within a region, managing a diverse team and ensuring property is handled securely and according to legal standards. You will provide guidance on property handling and maintain accurate records.

Your main duties include:

• Ensure property is stored, logged, maintained, transported, and disposed of securely and legally.
• Support and guide key parties on property issues and manage employee performance across multiple sites.
• Meet KPIs through effective workforce management.
• Manage movement and records of property items, liaise with suppliers and internal contacts.
• Manage external partnerships and report non-compliance issues.
• Drive employee engagement and participate in workforce planning and attendance management.
• Handle all aspects of people management and employee relations.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with leadership skills, capable of delegation and report writing. You should have strong administrative and IT skills, with attention to detail for record updating and report writing. A full clean UK driving license (manual vehicles) is required, along with a 5-year employment history and unrestricted right to work in the UK. A criminal record does not necessarily disqualify you.
