Responsibilities
  • Ensure property is stored, logged, maintained, transported, and disposed of legally and securely
  • Provide guidance on property handling and manage performance across multiple sites
  • Achieve KPIs through effective workforce management
  • Manage property movement and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal contacts
  • Manage external partnerships
  • Report non-compliance and analyze root causes for future improvement
  • Lead employee engagement and communication
  • Participate in workforce planning, resourcing, and daily operations
  • Handle employee relations and people management
Candidate Profile

Confident communicator with leadership and report writing skills. Proficient in IT, detail-oriented, and able to learn new software. Must hold a full UK driving license (manual). Provide a 5-year employment history and have unrestricted right to work in the UK. A criminal record does not necessarily disqualify.
