Location: Glossop Region. The postholder will work closely with Trust Academies, based at different Academies throughout the week, across multiple sites within the region.

About the Role:

As Regional Estates Manager, you will oversee estates and facilities management for primary and secondary academies. Collaborating with Headteachers, site teams, and Trust leadership, you will ensure compliance, safety, and presentation quality to support pupil outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of Facilities Leads, Premises Officers, and Apprentices, fostering collaboration and solutions-focused culture.
• Work with school leaders and stakeholders to provide a responsive estates service.
• Coordinate with other Regional Estates Managers and senior management for consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and Trust policies.
• Manage budgets responsibly, aligning spending with strategic priorities.
• Promote cost-effective, sustainable estate management by building in-house expertise.
• Develop regional estates strategies balancing operational and sustainability needs.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in estates or facilities management, preferably in education or similar complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing teams.
• Collaborative approach with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
