Job summary

Everywhen is seeking a Regional Enterprise Manager for the Bury St Edmunds location to lead the Enterprise Hub and drive regional strategy. You will oversee the Enterprise team, ensuring regulatory compliance and achievement of financial targets within the broker network.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive insurance knowledge, and proven capability to grow revenue while sustaining service standards across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering revenue targets within a regulatory framework.
  • Experience in a management role within insurance and knowledge of placement and insurer relationships.
  • Proven track record of top and bottom-line growth, organically and inorganically.
  • Experience improving performance and employee engagement within a regulated environment through sales planning.
  • Strong leadership and communication across a scaled UK brokerage.
  • Significant experience managing a P&L budget.
  • Robust understanding of business processes and performance levers.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of external market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership of the Regional Enterprise Hub and drive regional strategy with Branch/Regional Directors.
  • Lead the Enterprise team to achieve revenue targets while ensuring Consumer Duty compliance.
  • Maintain key internal relationships to support strategic alignment across the organization.
  • Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new starters in the team.
  • Monitor market conditions, identify opportunities, and assess competitor activity and external threats.
  • Collaborate to address barriers to retention and growth, sharing best practices across the Hub.

Job description

We're on the hunt for a Regional Manager who uses their knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to lead the enterprise team in our Bury St Edmunds branch.

As a Regional Manager you will serve as the Senior Enterprise Leader within the branch, holding direct accountability for the performance and outcomes of the Enterprise Hub.

So, what does the role of a Regional Enterprise Manager here involve?
  • Provide strong, effective leadership of the Regional Enterprise Hub, with direct accountability for its performance. Drive and implement the regional strategy in collaboration with the Branch Director, who holds overall accountability for the P&L
  • Lead and support the Enterprise team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, ensuring full compliance with Consumer Duty requirements. Work closely with the Branch Director and Regional Director to achieve financial targets for the Enterprise Hub, the region, and the wider Relationship Broking business
  • Maintain key internal relationships with Regional and Everywhen stakeholders to support strategic alignment
  • Establish recruitment needs and take responsibility for the interviewing process and implementation of training procedures for new starters of all direct reports within the team
  • Oversee all aspects of Enterprise Hub trading in line with budget expectations. Continuously monitor market conditions and sector trends to identify new opportunities, assess performance against competitors, and highlight external threats.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Director and Regional Director to identify and address barriers to retention and new sales, while actively promoting opportunities for business growth. Facilitate the sharing of good practice and innovative ideas across the Hub
What experience does a Client Services Manager need?
  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver revenue targets within a regulatory framework
  • Demonstrable experience in a management role within insurance and extensive knowledge of the insurance industry specifically placement and insurer relationships
  • Proven track record of delivering both top and bottom-line performance and growth, organically and inorganically.
  • Proven track record of improving business performance, income and employee engagement within a regulated environment through effective sales planning
  • Strong leadership and communication skills across a scaled and multiple site UK brokerage.
  • Significant, proven experience of managing a P&L Budget
  • A robust understanding of business processes and performance levers
  • Strong commercial leader with a commercial focus and financial awareness, e.g. understanding of the external market, company performance, market intelligence, business drivers, etc
