Provide professional engineering leadership for Buildings and Civils (B&C) engineering for Wales & Western including: individual and functional capability; strategy; technical advice and guidance; safety, assurance, derogations and non-compliances.
The successful candidate will discharge professional engineering support, enable and hold to account the engineering profession with the Wales route and Western. Therefore, you must be a Chartered Engineer (CEng), and ideally a member of the Institute of Asset Management
We are looking for someone who can leverage new diverse and alternative thinking around a large and complex portfolio, so needs to have experience of large civils infrastructure.

Salary: This role is a Band 1.B: £97,850 to £116,101 per annum.
This role requires working in the office for a least 60% of the working week
