A leading company is seeking a permanent Regional Employee Relations Specialist to cover the South of England. This home-based role involves providing expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting managers on complex cases. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in employee relations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of employment law. A driving license and car are essential for site visits.
I am working exclusively with a group of private care homes to recruit for a permanent Regional Employee Relations Specialist - South of England.
This role is home based and covering the South of England.
Salary is approximately £49,000 + £6,000 car allowance or car + 6% work-related bonus.

This patch will include Devon, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Suffolk, and Worcestershire.
You will manage your own diary with an expectation to visit sites 3 days a week.
You will provide advice and guidance on a range of employee relations matters including performance, conduct, engagement, and compliance. Working with the People Business Partner, you will ensure that change initiatives align with the legal framework of people management and are implemented following legal requirements and best practices.
Proven employee relations case work management experience, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, harassment, and bullying claims. Demonstrable experience in analyzing and risk-managing cases to deliver appropriate solutions is essential.
Successful candidates will have a keen eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of employment law and HR practices.
Staying updated on developments in UK employment legislation, case law, and best practices is essential.
