Job summary

Interaction Education is expanding and seeks a Regional Partnerships Manager to cover Essex, London, Home Counties and the South East. The role is hybrid, offering a base salary of up to £40,000 plus uncapped commission and a company car or car allowance.

You will build relationships with schools and education leaders, grow a regional portfolio and drive the growth of Interaction Education. You will be out with clients, travel regionally, and act as the trusted recruitment partner for the

Qualifications

• Experience in education recruitment or related sector.
• Strong relationship-building and commercial acumen.
• Willingness to be out with clients and travel regionally, with a UK driving licence.

• Supporting schools with their permanent and temporary recruitment needs.
• Working closely with candidates from registration through to placement.

Interaction Education is growing.

With established partnerships across schools, trusts and local authorities, access to multiple national and regional PSLs, and ambitious plans for further expansion, we're looking for an experienced education recruiter to help drive the next stage of our growth.

This isn't about sitting behind a desk chasing KPIs.

We're looking for someone who can represent the business in their region. Someone who enjoys building relationships with school leaders, creating opportunities, growing accounts and becoming a trusted recruitment partner to the schools they support.

You will have the freedom to develop your own area, build meaningful client relationships and play a key role in shaping our Primary offering across London, the Home Counties and the South East.

What you'll be doing
