Job summary

Partou UK Limited seeks an experienced Regional Quality Advisor for the Midlands, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire region. This field-based role involves regular travel to nurseries to drive quality, curriculum excellence and compliance, reporting to the Head of Early Years.

You will support area managers and nursery leaders to secure OFSTED outcomes, embed best practice, and provide on-site and remote inspection support as needed.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification or above.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, child development and Ofsted inspection frameworks.
• Experience in early years management.
• Experience supporting multiple settings in a field-based or advisory role.
• Track record of helping nurseries achieve Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
• Confidence influencing and coaching senior leaders in operational environments.
• Excellent organisation, communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally with occasional overnight stays.
• Robust understanding of SEND, safeguarding and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Champion outstanding quality, curriculum and EYFS compliance across your region.
• Deliver quality improvement processes and action planning to support nurseries for Ofsted readiness.
• Work with Operations leadership to drive sustainable improvement.
• Support Nursery Managers to develop bespoke curriculums aligned to company philosophy and best practice.
• Identify settings with potential for transformational impact and create targeted strategies.
• Provide on-site and remote inspection support, including during regulatory visits without notice.
• Analyse data, RAG ratings and audit outcomes to enable early intervention.
• Share best practice and cascade policy updates effectively.
• Act as trusted advisor across safeguarding, SEND and inclusive practice.
