Job summary

Flow Recruitment is seeking an experienced Regional Quality Advisor to drive quality improvement across nurseries in the Midlands, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. You’ll lead EYFS standards, support leadership teams and embed best practice to achieve outstanding Ofsted outcomes.

This field-based role involves regular travel across the region, with occasional overnight stays. You’ll work closely with the Head of Early Years and Area Managers to elevate curriculum, safeguarding and inclusive

Qualifications

• Proven experience in regional/field-based advisory.
• Knowledge of Ofsted framework and inspection readiness.
• Experience leading multi-site quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Champion quality and excellence across EYFS, curriculum and care.
• Lead quality improvement plans and support settings for Ofsted readiness.
• Inspire Area and Nursery Managers to embed best practice.
• Develop engaging, high-quality curriculums aligned with company philosophy.
• Identify opportunities for transformational improvement across settings.
• Provide hands-on and remote support during inspections and regulatory visits.
• Analyze quality data, risks and audit outcomes to drive proactive action.
• Share knowledge through quality training and policy updates.
