Job summary

Partou UK is seeking an experienced Regional Quality Advisor to drive quality, curriculum excellence and compliance across nurseries in the Midlands, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. This field-based role requires travel across the region and reports to the Head of Early Years with close collaboration with Regional Business Managers and Nursery Managers.

You will champion outstanding quality, deliver improvement plans, support bespoke curriculums, and provide on-site and remote inspection

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted inspection frameworks.
• Experience supporting multiple settings in a field-based or advisory role.
• Excellent organisation, communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion outstanding quality, curriculum and EYFS compliance across your region.
• Deliver quality improvement processes and action planning for nurseries.
• Work with Operations leadership to drive sustainable improvement.
• Support Nursery Managers to develop bespoke curriculums that align with company philosophy.
• Identify settings with potential for transformational impact and create targeted strategies.
• Provide on-site and remote inspection support, including during regulatory visits.
• Analyse data, RAG ratings and audit outcomes for early intervention.
• Share best practices and cascade policy updates effectively.
• Act as advisor on safeguarding, SEND and inclusive practice.
