Job summary

Homelium Care is recruiting a Registered Branch Manager to lead our Dorset branch and drive its next phase of growth. Based from the Dorset office, you will own performance, grow the client base, and lead a local team with support from Marketing and Head Office.

We welcome an experienced Registered Manager or a strong deputy stepping up, with Level 5 Health & Social Care and a proactive, commercially minded approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care as Registered Manager or ready to step up.
• Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
• Confident leading a team and working independently.
• Strong communicator with excellent networking skills.
• Commercially aware with a focus on sustainable growth.
• Driven, organised, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of our Dorset branch, driving growth and expanding our client base across the local area.
• Build local presence through community events, networking, and outreach.
• Develop partnerships with local charities, healthcare professionals, and businesses.
• Lead, support, and develop your care team, with ongoing recruitment as the branch grows.
• Work closely with our Marketing team on campaigns and local awareness.
• Ensure high-quality care delivery and CQC compliance.
• Take full ownership of performance, growth, and day-to-day operations.
