Job summary

Sally Europe is seeking a District Manager to lead our Store Operations across London & Outer London (19 stores). You will build cross-functional teams, drive sales and profit targets, and serve as an ambassador for change with strong stakeholder engagement.

You will develop and execute a district business plan, coach store managers, and deliver robust performance management while aligning with Sally Europe’s broader operational objectives. This role requires travel across London stores.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a district/area ops manager within multi-site retail.
• Ability to deliver short and long-term plans with measurable results.
• Strong commercial acumen with focus on sales and profitability.
• Excellent communication skills for remote and in-person stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading teams through change and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and execute a District Business Plan focusing on sales, KPIs, costs and people.
