Job summary

Elliot Marsh Ltd. Basildon is seeking a Regional Director to lead a cluster of schools in the Essex region. You will drive school improvement, coach senior leaders, and shape strategic priorities across the trust to raise teaching quality and pupil outcomes.

The ideal candidate has Headteacher or senior education leadership experience, QTS with NPQH or equivalent, and strong stakeholder relationships to deliver sustainable educational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Headteacher or senior education leader.
• Proven track record of leading school improvement and raising standards.
• Leadership qualification in education.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a group of schools, developing and implementing improvement plans that raise standards.
• Lead Heads of School and senior leadership teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee curriculum delivery, safeguarding, QA and statutory compliance.
• Manage budgets and resources to support educational priorities.
