DataX Connect is seeking a Regional Director – Data Centers, UK, to lead a high‑growth European division of critical digital infrastructure projects. You will shape strategy, build delivery platforms, and drive long‑term client partnerships across hyperscale and colocation campuses.

You will oversee multi‑location teams, expand the portfolio, and travel across Europe to sites and clients, delivering exceptional performance and commercial results in a fast‑paced environment.

The Opportunity

As Regional Director – Data Centers, you will take full strategic and operational ownership of a European Data Center business unit.

You will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening client partnerships, and building a world-class delivery platform capable of supporting some of the largest data centre programmes in Europe.

Working closely with executive leadership, you will:

• Lead and expand the European data centre division, shaping strategy and driving long-term growth.
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with hyperscale clients, technology partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Oversee a portfolio of major data centre campus projects, ensuring exceptional delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Build and lead high-performing regional teams across multiple locations.
• Identify new market opportunities and position the business for continued success.
• Provide strategic insight and leadership across project delivery, operations, and business development.

This role will involve regular travel across Europe, visiting major project sites and engaging directly with clients and delivery teams.

• Proven leadership experience within data centres, mission-critical construction, or large-scale infrastructure delivery.
