Job summary

Infraviva is seeking a Programme Delivery & Development Director - Data Centres to drive major development opportunities across multiple European markets. The role entails owning projects from site identification through to land acquisition, power, approvals and partnerships to advance data centre programs.

The successful candidate will lead feasibility studies, due diligence, permitting and commercial negotiations, coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver on ambitious

• Proven track record in site selection, land acquisition and early-stage development of large-scale data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of power infrastructure, utility engagement, planning and permitting requirements.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex development initiatives, from identifying and evaluating potential sites through to securing the land, power, approvals and partnerships needed to bring new data centre projects forward.

The Opportunity
