Cala Homes is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a maternity cover role in the East of Scotland. You will support the Marketing Manager by maintaining digital touchpoints, delivering campaigns and ensuring a 5-star customer journey across Cala's developments.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and third parties, managing website content on Salesforce and portals, creating digital assets, reporting with Google Analytics, and upholding Cala's brand standards.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Digital Marketing/Marketing/Business Studies.
• Proven experience in a digital marketing role is essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CMS and CRM systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Cala's website and property portals to reflect sales needs.
• Deliver digital marketing campaigns and evaluate performance.
• Manage database communications to ensure a 5-star customer journey.
• Liaise with third parties and internal stakeholders to keep content up to date.
• Produce digital assets using Papirfly and brief other asset requirements.
• Create monthly digital reports using Google Analytics and Salesforce.
