Job summary

The Cala Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Scotland to support the delivery of high‑quality customer experiences after handovers of new homes. You will coordinate remedial works, manage a high caseload and act as a primary link between customers, contractors and internal teams.

Key duties include handling customer calls, coordinating repairs, maintaining CRM records and ensuring timely completion of tasks. A GCSE English background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong coordination, administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence handling challenging customer interactions.
• Flexible approach to daily tasks and changing priorities.
• Understanding of housebuilding or construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, responding to calls and enquiries.
• Coordinate remedial works with purchasers, contractors and suppliers to resolve issues quickly.
• Manage customer cases end‑to‑end, monitoring progress and closing items on time.
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM system.
• Coordinate works identified at Demonstration, Inspection and Handover Meetings.
