Job summary

Porsche Centre Reading is seeking a Regional Pre-Owned Sales Performance Manager to lead and optimize our Pre-Owned programme across the network. You will drive performance by analysing trends, coaching dealers, and implementing targeted action plans to achieve volume and profit goals.

You will monitor centre performance, manage stock mix and pricing discipline, and deliver regular forecasts and insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Pre Owned sales performance across the region.
• Analyse performance, trends and implement corrective actions to hit volume and profit goals.
• Monitor Centre performance against strategic expectations and identify shortfalls.
• Support and coach dealers to improve appraisal accuracy, stock turn, pricing discipline, and retail readiness.
• Oversee stock mix, ageing, sourcing channels and allocation.
• Conduct regular business reviews, assess KPIs and implement improvement plans for underperforming businesses.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, certification processes, reconditioning guidelines and customer experience expectations.
• Deliver training and coaching on Pre-Owned topics.
• Collaborate with other departments to align regional execution with national objectives.
• Provide accurate forecasts, performance reports and insights to senior leadership.

• High level of commercial acumen
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
