Job summary

Corin Group, a global orthopaedics innovator headquartered in Cirencester, is seeking two Demand Analysts to support European or Australian regions within the IBP team. You will own demand planning, forecast accuracy and collaborate with Sales to balance demand with supply across international markets.

The role offers a hybrid model after probation, with 2 days home and 3 on-site, plus a salary of £40,000–£45,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP related roles.
• Experience working with commercial teams to support market-led forecasting.
• Proven ability to challenge forecast assumptions and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and forecasting for assigned region.
• Partner with regional Sales to understand market activity and growth.
• Build stakeholder relationships and facilitate forecasting discussions.
• Review and refine forecasts to improve accuracy and identify risks.
• Analyse market trends and product data to inform planning decisions.
• Maintain regional planning data within forecasting tools and reports.
• Support inventory/instrument investment decisions with business cases.
• Present forecasting performance during monthly reviews.
