The role provides autonomy, leadership of a growing team, and significant influence on strategy, client relationships, and market presence in a key growth region.

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and complex transactions.
• Ability to lead and develop client relationships in a regional market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate practice in Bath and the South West.
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, investments, shareholder agreements and restructurings.
• Develop the firm’s corporate strategy and grow the client portfolio.
