Mitie Landscapes is seeking a Contracts Manager for the NTY & NTS region to oversee day-to-day operations in Grounds Maintenance and winter services. You will lead an operational team, drive growth, and embed a strong health & safety culture across the region.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong IT systems knowledge, and a commitment to customer service. Agile, flexible working and regional travel are expected as part of this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Experience in horticultural/Landscaping industry is required.
• Previous supervisory/management experience is essential.
• Excellent understanding of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems.
• Ability to represent Mitie effectively at meetings and events.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Flexible working, especially during winter periods.
