Mitie Landscapes is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead day-to-day operations in the NTY & NTS region, overseeing grounds maintenance, winter services and regional projects. Agile, flexible working and a strong emphasis on performance excellence underpin the role as the business scales through peak seasons and out-of-hours support.

You will be responsible for developing growth, managing a capable team, and embedding a positive health and safety culture while driving efficiency and resource

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent understanding of operational IT systems.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems and safe work methods.
• Able to represent Mitie at internal/external meetings.
• Able to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively.

We are seeking an energetic and valued contributor to manage and develop our region! Mitie Landscapes has a new opportunity for a Contracts Manager in our NTY & NTS region, to join our team at the UKs leading FM company. You will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operations in Grounds Maintenance and winter services and projects in your region.
Agile, flexible working is critical to the continuing success of the Landscapes business, the ability to embed performance excellence through an operating model which supports operational seasonal peaks and out of hours customer support is critical.

You will be responsible for.

• Developing growth and profitable operation of the area.

You must have experience in the within the horticultural/ Landscaping industry.

• Can demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems and the management of safe systems of work associated with the role and work environment.
