Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Extensive experience in elderly care management.
• Knowledge of PCS (Person Centred Software) or similar software.

• Experience progressing through management ranks, including previous Home Management roles.
• Proven track record of achieving CQC compliance.
• Multi-site management experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
• Nursing pin is beneficial but not essential.

Compensation
