Silbo Select Ltd. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to promote a range of CNC cutting tools to manufacturing sectors.

You will manage existing accounts and develop new business, selling directly to customers and through a distribution network while covering Birmingham and surrounding areas, with a home-based first approach. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, reading engineering drawings, and a drive to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical concepts.
• Experience selling cutting tools or similar into manufacturing sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a range of CNC cutting tools to manufacturing sectors.
• Manage existing accounts and develop new business directly and via distribution networks.
• Cover Birmingham, Dudley, Stoke-on-Trent, Shrewsbury, Telford, Walsall, Wolverhampton; work from home when appropriate.
