Job summary

SILBO SELECT LIMITED is seeking a Regional Applications Engineer to join its sales team. You will blend technical CNC machining knowledge with commercial activity, supporting customer relationships across DE NG LU MK SG LE CV NN postcodes and reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will promote cutting tools for metalworking sectors including Manufacturing, Automotive and Aerospace, covering designated postcode areas while working with Area Sales Managers to grow business and deliver technical

Qualifications

• Strong CNC background essential; experience as Miller/Turner/Setter/Operator preferred.
• ONC/HNC Mechanical Engineering qualification or CNC apprenticeship background.
• Experience in Cutting Tools sales with distributors or direct customers is a plus.
• CAD/CAM experience would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support development of customer relationships within direct and distribution networks.
• Promote a range of high-quality cutting tools to Manufacturing, Automotive and Aerospace sectors.
• Cover the DE NG LU MK SG LE CV NN postcode areas and collaborate with three Area Sales Managers.
