Helping Hands Home Care in Leeds is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Adult) to join our Clinical team as a Regional Registered Nurse. You’ll lead and develop person-centred care for customers with clinical and complex needs, helping them remain safely at home.

Reporting to the Senior Clinical Lead, you’ll be visible in the field—supporting managers, mentoring carers, and embedding excellent clinical practice across your region with regular travel.

Qualificações

• Current NMC PIN (Adult) and up-to-date clinical expertise.
• Experience with complex clinical needs and delegated nursing tasks.
• Confidence in training and influencing others in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee all clinical interventions and tasks, providing expert guidance on complex care.
• Manage day-to-day clinical case management of customers with complex needs.
• Write, review and quality-assure care plans to high clinical standards.
• Support branch and regional managers with clinical assessments and supervision.
• Train and mentor carers in the field and promote best clinical practice.
• Deliver clinical training for carers in line with NHS direction and standards.
• Guide costings for Complex Care packages and assess new business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to grow Complex Care services and support regional performance.
• Ensure policies align with QA, regulatory requirements, NICE and NMC guidance.
