Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Regional Class 2 Driver to join our Store to Home team, covering Southend and Colchester stores. This full-time, permanent role requires HIAB-qualified drivers and offers a two-week rotating shift pattern.

You will perform multi-drop deliveries, maintain records, and represent GXO with a high level of customer service. Competitive pay (£17.14–£18.20 per hour) with overtime, benefits, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement and CPC.
• Digital Tachograph knowledge and up-to-date CPC.
• HIAB licence with brick grab ticket (ALLMI or equivalent).
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-drop home deliveries directly to customers' rooms.
• Maintain driving/working time records per WTD regulations.
• Operate company vehicles safely and legally.
• Ensure correct products and delivery documents are provided.
• Communicate delivery ETAs politely with customers.
