Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Regional Class 2 Driver to support store-to-home deliveries for B&Q across Kidderminster, Erdington and Wednesbury stores. The role is full-time and permanent with a rotating shift pattern and 40 hours per week.

Applicants should hold a UK Category C licence with CPC, a valid HIAB ticket, and up-to-date tachograph knowledge. Excellent customer service and flexibility are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence with Category C entitlement and up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph.
• No more than 6 penalty points; avoid certain endorsements (DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC, TT).
• HIAB licence with brick grab ticket (ALLMI or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-drop home deliveries directly to customer rooms, averaging 16–24 deliveries per day.
• Maintain driving/working time records using Tachomaster and manual entries in line with WTD regulations.
• Operate company vehicles safely, legally and efficiently.
• Check products off the vehicle and ensure correct delivery documentation.
• Inform customers of estimated delivery times and communicate any issues politely.
