Job summary

GXO is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver for the Store to Home team in Yeading, Hayes (UB4 9SN). The role is full-time and permanent with a rotating two-week shift pattern and a 40-hour week starting at 11:00.

You’ll deliver products to customer premises, keep accurate records, and ensure safe, legal vehicle operation while maintaining excellent customer communication and service levels.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing delivery experience is valued.
• CPC and tachograph knowledge up-to-date.
• Ability to maintain accurate driving records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer premises on a multidrop basis (average 16 drops off peak, 24 drops peak).
• Maintain driving/working time records using Tachomaster and manual entries.
• Operate company vehicles safely and legally.
• Ensure correct products and delivery documentation are provided to customers.
• Keep customers informed of delivery ETA and communicate issues politely.
